MEETING OF THE Board of Directors, PSFM, was electronically
initiated by the Bucky Beaver, April 10, 2006, via email.
The following members of the Board of Directors had
the availability of participating in the discussion
and constituted a quorum:

SECRETARY: James A. "Jim" Moore
TREASURER: Michael L. "Mike" Androes
SERGEANT AT ARMS: Julian R. "Bucky" Beaver
MINUTES
OF THE MEETING
Motion
by Beaver, second by Capman, to reimburse PSFM's representative,
the sitting President, to the TAARS 06 F3T2 Conference
for one or two nights of additional hotel stay that
may be required by TAARS and for reasonable meal expenses
during that time only.
Motion
Passed with Beaver, Jack and Capman voting.
Androes
did not vote on the issue and Moore abstained due to
his being a member of the TAARS BOD.
The
minutes of this meeting have been duly recorded by Secretary
Jim Moore on April 15, 2006, and published, via email,
to the Board of Directors on April 17, 2006.
