MEETING OF THE Board of Directors, PSFM, was called
or order at 3:00 PM by President Ron Jack. The meeting
was held at the IPTM facility and the following members
of the Board of Directors were present, constituting
a quorum:

MINUTES
OF THE MEETING
Discussed
the agenda for the General Membership meeting.
Discussed
moving general funds to a higher interest bearing account.
Discussed
future re-certification programs at various locations,
'tagged-on' to other seminars/conferences.
Dennis
Payne presented the re-certification for BOD review
and approval.
The
minutes of this meeting have been duly recorded by Secretary
Jim Moore on April 23, 2007 and read at the General
Meeting April 23, 2007.
