MEETING OF THE Board of Directors, PSFM, was electronically
initiated by the Jim Moore on July 12, 2006, via email.
The following members of the Board of Directors had
the availability of participating in the discussion
and constituted a quorum:
PRESIDENT:

V/PRESIDENT: Chuck Veppert
SECRETARY: James A. "Jim" Moore
TREASURER: Toby Waggoner
SERGEANT AT ARMS: Dennis Payne
MINUTES
OF THE MEETING
Motion
by Moore, second by Payne, to pay all outstanding bills
as soon as the Treasurer is ready and then he can publish
the expenditures to the BOD.
Motion
Passed - all BOD members voting.
Motion
by Moore, second by Payne, to have two plaques made
up at a reasonable expense. One to thank Mick Capman,
Past President, and Mike Androes, Past Treasurer, for
their service to PSFM.

Passed - all BOD members voting.

minutes of this meeting have been duly recorded by Secretary
Jim Moore on July 18, 2006, and published, via email,
to the Board of Directors on September, 15, 2006.
