A MEETING OF
THE Board of Directors, PSFM, was electronically initiated
by the Secretary, James A. “Jim” Moore, on December 16,
2004, and ended January 5, 2005, via email. The following
members of the Board of Directors participated in the
discussion and constituted a quorum:
President:

Secretary: James A. “Jim”
Moore (non-voting)
TREASURER: Michael L. “Mike” Androes
Sergeant at Arms: Julian R. “Bucky” Beaver
MINUTES OF
THE MEETING
Discussion by
Moore regarding PSFM joining with the Texas Association of
Accident Reconstructionists (TAARS) as a Co-Sponsor for
their 2006 TAARS 20th anniversary seminar. The
fee to Co-Sponsor is $1000.00 and TAARS required $500.00 on
or before March 1, 2005 and the remaining $500.00 on or
before September 1, 2005; or payment in full at the time of
contract.
Motion
by Jack, second by Androes, to become a Co-Sponsor with
TAARS and pay the $1000.00 co-sponsorship fee in full at the
time of contract. “Motion Passed”
Moore did not
vote on this matter because he is a member of the TAARS
Board of directors.
A
Co-Sponsorship contract was signed by Capman on January 12,
2005. The contract, along with PSFM check number 184 in the
amount of $1000.00 obtained from Androes, was sent to Conrad
Dippel, TAARS coordinator by Moore on January 12, 2005.
The minutes of
this meeting have been duly recorded by Secretary Jim Moore
on December 17, 2004, and published, via email, to the Board
of Directors on February 12, 2005.
