A MEETING OF
THE Board of Directors, PSFM, was electronically initiated
by the Secretary, Jim Moore, on March 15, 2005, and ended
March 17, 2005, via email. The following members of the
Board of Directors participated in the discussion and
constituted a quorum:
President:

MINUTES OF
THE MEETING
History:
On-going discussion was initiated by Androes to clarify the
reinstatement of delinquent Associate, Full and Charter
members.
Motion
by Moore, on March 16, 2005, second by Jack, to reinstate, a
delinquent member must pay the year they became delinquent
in and the current year they are reinstating in and for a
‘Charter Member’ to reinstate as a Charter Member, they will
have to pay for all delinquent years or revert to an
‘Associate’ or Full’ member, whichever is appropriate.

on March 21, 2005, and published, via email, to the Board of
Directors on March 21, 2005.
